From the table we can see that:
wooden pallets are the most cost-effective and are the most commonly used pallets in most general cargo transportation currently;
plastic pallets are suitable for pharmaceutical and chemical industries due to their better environmental adaptability, and their high strength also makes them the best choice for long-term use.
Plywood pallets are slightly lower in strength than wooden pallet, but they do not require fumigation when exported and are cheaper than wooden pallet, so they are suitable for international light cargo shipping;
metal pallets are used in the machinery manufacturing industry due to their ultra-high strength;
paper pallets are cheap, but have low strength and are suitable for one-time light cargo transportation.
Finally, based on our actual business experience:
North American customers are sensitive to price and prefer to purchase wooden pallet;
while EU customers pay more attention to the impact of pallets on the environment (EPAL-certified pallets are still accepted at a 15% premium);
Japanese customers prefer customized pallets because they need pallets to match their product processes.
So when you choose the pallet supplier, please select a pallet of appropriate material based on the requirements and costs in your region.
When we get inquiries, we will ask the customer patiently, such as application scenarios, materials, sizes, pallet shapes, export countries (confirm the required certification according to the customer’s country), confirm trade terms and payment methods.
If customers are unsure about how to choose pallets, we will recommend the most suitable options based on their usage scenarios and cost-effectiveness, while also providing quotations, lead time, and shipping time.
Taking the CIF price as an example, the quotation includes the following items: EXW price + ocean freight + port fee + insurance fee.
Once customer agrees to the quotation, we will promptly send the free sample, and customer will only need to cover the shipping fee for the sample.
After customer confirms the sample, we will sign the PI and sales contract as agreed in the quotation and then start the production process after receiving the advance payment.
If customer needs a product that is in stock, we will ship it at once. The wooden pallet will be fumigated, and shipped after getting the fumigation certificate.
If customer needs a product that is not in stock or is a customized product, the specific production time depends on the quantity and the complexity of the product process.
It takes about 3 days for the goods to the port after leaving the pallet manufacturer.
The time it takes to reach the destination port after shipping is consistent with the world’s commercial routes, as a reliable pallet supplier, we will provide it in the quotation.
Three months after customer receives the product, we will contact them to ask about the usage, and actively help the customer solve possible problems. And provide feedback to the factory to improve product quality and perfect the production process.

Yes, we accept OEM service for wooden pallets, plastic pallets, and metal pallets, and we also accept printing your logo on the current models.
For pallets in stock, we can ship them at once, if we receive the advance. For pallets that are not in stock or custom pallets, the delivery time depends on the quantity and process complexity, usually 3-5 weeks. The delivery time will be written in the sales contract to ensure on-time delivery.
After you confirm the quotation, we will provide you with free samples, except for the samples of customized pallets, and you only need to pay the express cost.
Usually TT, starting production after receiving the advance, and the balance before shipment after inspection. We also accept other ways like L/C, West Union, etc.
Our warranty is superior to the other pallet suppliers:
If you have damage during normal use (except for force majeure and overload damage): For wooden pallets, our warranty period is one year, and a new pallet will be replaced if it breaks within one year;
For plastic pallets, our warranty period is 3 years, and a new one will be replaced if one is damaged in the first year, a new one will be replaced if two are damaged in the second year, and a new one will be replaced if three are damaged in the third year.
